Guarantee and Refunds Policy

If you follow our trading strategies and trades exactly and have not made similar returns after 6 months we will refund your subscription in full.

We have chosen to provide this exception to the conditions provided by Australian Law (as listed below) because we have proven that those who follow our instructions and invest the way we detail in the User's Guide have made considerable returns. This has been advised to us personally by our customers by phone and via email, which is demonstrated by our testimonials and renewal rates (consistently above 75% - 96% - more than 3 times the investment newsletter industry average).

Refunds, Credit or Exchange will be offered:

Where goods are faulty.
Where goods are different from the descriptions given on our website or advertising material.
You have been sent the wrong or incorrect item.
Do not provide the information as described in our material or website.
Physical goods must be returned unused (100% marketable condition) within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be offered:

On the Trident Confidential newsletter subscription and the Ultimate Library on CD program as these products cannot be returned unused (with the exception of the above condition).
When the goods have been used (includes information read) and are no longer in 100% marketable condition.
Where goods have been purchased over 30 days ago.
When you change your mind.
When you make a wrong decision.
